Good breakfast available for a small additional fee.
I was disappointed to find that the amenities were lacking for a supposed four-star hotel. The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable, which disturbed sleep for my family. The staff seemed unprepared when we needed assistance with basic tools to fix our broken suitcase lock.

got double room with balcony as expected. very amiable and lovely staff, provided information if needed. this location was the best and quiet, short walk to eateries and the manta beach.

I enjoyed the great location near the beach and mall. The breakfast was decent for the price I paid. I was disappointed with the lack of hot water in the shower.

This hotel was perfect place for exploring Manta, appreciated it. The staff were both very, very nice and helpful. A double room I stayed at was beautiful with balcony. Overall the service was great. The location was comfy and absolutely perfect, close to Barbasquillo Mellow Beach. I came here for 4 nights and had an amazing stay❤

I loved the cozy atmosphere of my Beautiful Triple Room, where the comfortable beds invited relaxation after a day of exploration. The convenience of nearby boutiques, cafes, and a large mall made it easy to immerse myself in local culture. Plus, the mornings were good with a good breakfast available for just a little extra, which kick-started my day perfectly!

The shower had this awkward single sliding door, making it really uncomfortable to use. It definitely ruined what should have been a relaxing experience.

Despite the supposed luxury, try not to get too excited about the view-it's just a wall, and the hot water didn't quite heat up either. And to fumble for cash after a 17-hour flight woudl ve been absurd if I hadn't expected to be treated like royalty. Almost considered a good review, but just couldn't!
